The Governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, has appointed Malam Sheriffdeen Jatto as his Private Secretary in addition to 13 other appointments.
The appointments were announced in a statement in Gusau, the state capital, on Tuesday by the Secretary to Zamfara State Government, Malam Abubakar Nakwada.
According to the statement, Governor Lawal also appointed Mr Imran Rufai as his Personal Assistant, as well as Mr Zaharaddeen Imam as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Protocol Matters.
He said that the governor also appointed Mr Abdulmajid Anka as SSA Governors Office, Mr Mustapha Jafaru-Kaura, SSA Media and Public Affairs, Mr Faruku Shettiman-Rijiya as SSA Press Affairs and Mr Aminu Almajir as Deputy Chief of Staff to the governor (Administration) among others.
Nakwada said that all the appointments took immediate effect. (NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
