Prophet Ikechukwu Samuel, the General Overseer of Shiloh Word Chapel in Abuja, said he learnt two powerful ways of life from Prophet T.B Joshua.
Prophet Samuel, who spoke at an event to mark 60th posthumous birthday of T.B Joshua, said the two powerful things he learnt from the late cleric changed his life and the world.
Prophet Samuel said the first key to power that he got from T.B Joshua was humility.
The cleric said: “Prophet T.B Joshua is a man that we cannot stop talking about.
“Daddy (T.B Joshua) is so humble that he has time for the poor. He was a friend to everyone, mentoring the poor, lifting them despite his status as a mentor to presidents, bishops, pastors, men of great influence.
“His humility touched the world.”
Prophet Samuel listed prayer as the second key he got from Prophet T.B Joshua.
The cleric said T.B Joshua was a prayerful man who spent most times praying for the wellbeing of others.
The event for T.B Joshua witnessed pilgrims, who attended the birthday service, from United States of America (USA), United Kingdom, Ireland, Botswana.
People also came in from India, Kenya, Russia, Australia, Ghana, South Africa, Belgium, Togo, Benin Republic, Zimbabwe, Malawi among other countries.
One of the Pilgrims from the United States (US), Kinnack Emmanuel, said he came to celebrate the life of the prophet because T.B. Joshua brought light to his life.
Emmanuel, who is one of the benefactors of Emmanuel TV said: “I received Jesus from Emmanuel TV, the prophet was more than a prophet, he was a teacher, coach, pastor and friend to everybody.
“June 12 is a special day on my calendar because that is the day we celebrate a great gift the Lord gives the world. I believe he is here with us and he will always bless us, we miss him so much.”
