Kingsley Chinda, an ally of former Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike has emerged as the Minority Leader of the 10th House of Representatives.

Chinda, who represents Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency of Rivers, emerged as the leader at a meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) caucus in Abuja on Friday.

It is believed that Oke had the support of PDP 2023 presidential election candidate, Atiku Abubabakar for the position.
