The UAC of Nigeria has announced the appointment of Khalifa Adebayo Biobaku as the vice chairman of its board of directors.
The appointment was conveyed to the Nigerian Exchange on Thursday in a letter signed by company secretary Ayomipe Wey.
Until his elevation, Biobaku was a non-executive director of the company, a position he first held in March 2022.
Biobaku has a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.
He received an undergraduate degree from Keble College and a graduate degree from London School of Economics & Political Science.
He founded Dalio Property Development Co. Ltd. and Gpmt Nationwide Ltd.
He was also a Partner at Blakeney LLP.

Am & P Advisory Services Ltd, Dalio Property Development Co. Ltd, Newage-Northstar LLP, GPMT Nationwide Ltd and Alerzo Pte Ltd.
His Dalio Property has a 5.29% shareholding in UAC.
His newAGE-Northstar, a UK LLP actively invests in Africa’s digital economy with investments in Flutterwave Inc and Alerzo Pte Limited.
