Accumulated problems: Yomi Fabiyi seeks help for veteran Nollywood actors

Nigerian Actor Yomi Fabiyi has cried out for help for veteran Nollywood actors who can no longer have meaningful lives due to hardship.

Fabiyi who spoke via a video posted on Instagram noted that members of the Nollywood industry do help each other but the problems are bigger than available resources.

He cited an example of Kemi Afolabi who was helped by Funke Akindele, Iyabo Ojo, Toyin Abraham, Mercy Aigbe and many others.

He revealed that he also gave out what was within his capacity to donate.

He went on to say that they all gave what they could and only cried out for help when situations were beyond their capacity to handle.

“The problems of Veterans are accumulated problems, it is beyond what we the present artistes can handle,” Yomi Fabiyi added.

He used the medium to call for assistance from anyone willing to assist immediately.

He also extended gratitude to ‘Agbada Gabriel’, thanking him for extending his helping hand beyond just the church members but instead reaching out with love towards outsiders.

‘Charity is the biggest religion, it’s humanity’, the actor stated.

He also thanked everyone who are helping veterans of the movie industry.
