DSS detains former Zamfara Gov Abdulaziz Yari

The Department of State Services (DSS) has detained a former governor of Zamfara State and Senator representing Zamfara West, Abdulaziz Yari.
Yari is currently being grilled by operatives of the DSS.
The reason for his detention and interrogation is not yet disclosed.
SUNDAY PUNCH quotes a source close to the lawmaker as saying Yari reported at the office of the secret police after plenary on Thursday.
The source reportedly claimed to have escorted the lawmaker to the DSS office to honour its invitation.

He, however, did not disclose why the lawmaker was invited by the security agency.
