President Bola Tinubu has released the names of 19 more ministerial nominees, which included five more ex-governors.
The list was presented to the Senate by the Chief of Staff to the president, Femi Gbajabiamila on Wednesday for screening and confirmation.
Senate President, Godswill Akpabio read the names of the ministerial nominees on the floor of the Senate on Wednesday.
The five ex-governors on the list are Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi), Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara), Simon Bako Lalong (Plateau) and Ibrahim Geidam (Yobe).
Tinubu had last Thursday presented the first ministerial lists of 28 nominees to the Senate for screening and confirmation.
Screening of the ministerial nominees kicked off on Monday and almost all nominees in the first list have been screened by the lawmakers.
