Singer ID Cabasa has revealed the online drama between his comrade, 9ice, and his former spouse, Toni Payne. Speaking in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Cabasa revealed his heartbreak during the course of the dramatic episode.
In the interview, Cabasa unveiled that 9ice possesses a tendency to distance himself from others during moments of turmoil. He divulged feeling isolated by 9ice during the tumultuous period between the singer and his ex-wife.
Cabasa believes that had he been more actively involved at the time, the situation might not have spiraled into a full-blown controversy. He expressed his deep sense of disappointment and frustration with 9ice’s actions, believing that 9ice had been exceptionally fortunate to have someone like Toni Payne in his life.
Describing the episode as one of the most emotionally painful experiences he’s encountered, Cabasa recounted the amicable nature of 9ice and Toni Payne’s relationship prior to the incident. He emphasized that both parties have since moved on, finding success individually and maintaining a strong friendship.
