Fans slam Naira Marley and Zinoleesky over reaction to Mohbad’s death

Netizens have lambasted Naira Marley, the former label boss of Mohbad, and Zinoleesky for expressing their condolences following the untimely death of the singer.

The music industry was rocked by the devastating news of Mohbad‘s passing on Tuesday at the age of 27, due to complications arising from an ear infection.

Naira Marley, who was not only Mohbad‘s label boss but also had previous disputes with him, and Zinoleesky both took to their Instagram stories to mourn the loss with heartbroken emojis.

In response to their expressions of grief, many social media users are accusing them of shedding crocodile tears.

They are holding Naira Marley responsible for Mohbad’s death.

Critics also accused Naira Marley and the Marlians of influencing Mohbad negatively and pushing him into a mentally unstable lifestyle.

This sentiment stemmed from an Instagram live session where Mohbad had declared that if he died prematurely, fans should blame his record label.

Eku Paula said: “Naira Marley destroyed the boy mentally and canceled him against show promoters, which affected Mohbad’s career.”

The rift between them escalated when Mohbad alleged an assault by Naira Marley’s crew after requesting a change of manager.

Naira Marley responded with counterclaims, sparking a public dispute between them.
