Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka has nailed Peter Obi of the Labour Party, saying he did not win the 2023 presidential election as he is claiming.
Soyinka, in a video, was heard saying “This recent election – two things happened first of all. One party took over the labour movement, which is not my favourite movement, and then it became a regional party more than, whereas it is a marvelous bridge into the established two camps.

“It achieved something remarkable that it broke that mode, however, they did not win the election, in addition, my own organisation, as a monitoring unit, so I could say categorically that Peter Obi’s party came third, not even second and the leadership knew it but they want to do what we call in Yoruba ‘gbajue’, that is force of lies.”
