Bandits kill 2, kidnap 3 in Kaduna

Two individuals lost their lives, and three others were taken captive by suspected bandits in the Dogon Noma-Unguwan Gamu community of Kajuru Local Government Area in Kaduna.

ASP Mansir Hassan, Kaduna Police Command’s Acting Public Relations Officer, confirmed this incident during an interview with NAN on Sunday.

The harrowing event unfolded when the bandits launched an attack on the community at approximately 6:30 a.m. on September 15, 2023.

During their incursion, the bandits subjected the community to terror, resulting in the tragic loss of lives and the abduction of multiple individuals.

Hassan offered reassurance that the law enforcement authorities were actively pursuing the bandits, and that they would be apprehended to face the full consequences of their actions.
