Zamfara terrorists breach university hostel, abduct female students (video)

Terrorists operating in Zamfara struck again in the early hours of Friday by abducting students of the Federal University of Gusau.

According to reports, the attack took place around 3:00 a.m.

Students from the campus stated that three student dormitories were raided and students in the hostels were taken away.

The police is yet to respond to calls from PM News. No official statement has been released as of the time of filing this report as well.

In April of this year, it was also reported that at least two female students of the university were kidnapped by gunmen.

Zamfara has historically been a hotspot for bandits who engage in kidnap-for-ransom schemes.
