Troops of the Nigerian Army have rescued seven more female students abducted by terrorists at Federal University, Gusau, Zamfara State.
Six of the female students were earlier rescued by the troops the day they were abducted by the terrorists.
This brings to 13 female students so far rescued by the troops. Twenty female students were kidnapped by the bandits last week from the school.
According to Zagazola, on its X handle (formerly Twitter), the seven female students were rescued along with three staff of GUPRAN Engineering Services Ltd abducted by the bandits.
President Bola Tinubu had on Sunday ordered security agencies to rescue the remaining abducted female students.
