The winner of Big Brother Naija Level Up in 2022, Ijeoma Josephine Otabor, known as Phyna, has recently opened up about her mental health struggles.
Phyna shared her concerns on Instagram, acknowledging the significant internal battles she’s currently facing, which are taking a toll on her mental well-being.
