When Obi’s case was called, Livy Uzoukwu, a Senior advocate of Nigeria, announced his appearance as the candidate’s lawyer.
Uzoukwu, adopting all court processes, told the panel to allow Obi’s appeal to sail through.
INEC’s lawyer Abubakar Mahmoud, Tinubu’s lawyer Wole Olanipekun and lawyer for APC Akin Olujimi countered that the case be dismissed for lacking merit.
“This appeal is reserved for judgement until a date to be communicated to parties,” Justice Okoro said after all the lawyers had spoken.
