Popular television host, Frank Edoho, has criticized singer Moses Bliss for embracing actress Ekene Umenwa after she knelt before him, abandoning her bridegroom at her wedding ceremony.
The actress faced social media backlash for her spontaneous gesture of kneeling in excitement before Moses Bliss, to appreciate his surprising appearance at her wedding on Saturday 4 November.
Taking to the internet to express his opinion, Edoho blamed Moses Bliss for the online backlash against the actress.
In his view, the actress had done nothing wrong by eagerly reacting the way she did, but that it was Moses who should have resisted hugging another man’s wife on her wedding day.
He added that the singer should have guided her back to her husband instead of holding onto her as he did.
“I can’t blame the singer for her reaction but he shouldn’t have held her when she latched on to him like that. Direct the bride back to her husband and calm her euphoria. That’s the etiquette,” Edoho reasoned.
