Nigerian entertainer Zlatan Ibile has shared his last chat with his friend Oladips who passed away at age 28.
Oladips, who was also a rapper, died on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
Reacting to the tragic news in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Zlatan shared a throwback photo of himself and the deceased saying, “Words fail me.”
Zlatan said he cried all night and prayed hoping that the news was false.
“Cried all night and prayed to god that I hear good news this morning. Here I am. And I’m never going to see my friend again,” he wrote.
According to their last chat as shared by Zlatan, Oladips confirmed that he was unwell.
The rapper told Zlatan that he visited the hospital and was optimistic that he will overcome the illness.
However, on Wednesday, his management broke the sad news.
