Nollywood veteran Hanks Anuku has revealed that he took to alcohol as a coping strategy in his struggle against depression.
Reports and videos had recently surfaced, expressing concerns about his well-being.
In a widely circulated video on his Instagram page, Anuku disclosed his financial hardships, stating,
“Yes, depression makes me drink but I never take hard drugs, I don’t take hard drugs at all. When it reaches that breaking point, shattered and overwhelmed, I sought solace in alcohol.”
