Governor Dapo Abiodun will present 5000 Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to beneficiaries on Friday, the Director General, Ogun Bureau of Lands and Survey, Segun Fowora said in a statement on Tuesday.

According to him, the C of O will enhance the value of properties as their owners can use them as collaterals as well as take advantage of the state’s proximity to Lagos to maximize value.

The beneficiaries are drawn from the Ogun State Land Administration and Revenue Management System (OLARMS) and the immediate past administration’s Home Owners Charter (HOC), he said.

The event will be held at the Arcade Ground, Governor’s Office, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.
