Popular Nigerian singer Simisola Kososko, popularly known as Simi, has shared a photo of herself wearing a set of grills on her teeth.
In a recent Instagram post, the singer mentioned that she had been nervous to show off her grills because most of her inner circle didn’t think they suited her.
Despite this, she was excited to experiment with a new look and seemed happy with the result.
Her decision to share the picture on social media shows that she’s confident in her own style and isn’t afraid to take fashion risks.
Simi further explained that she didn’t want her husband, Adekunle Gold, to feel like he wasted money on the grills. She seemed to feel that by posting a picture of herself wearing them, she was showing that she was enjoying the gift and making good use of it.
Simi took to Instagram to share her New Year’s resolution, which is to change her friends. She joked that her new look made her “look goofy” and said that she’s ready for new friends who can accept and appreciate that.
“I never posted this because 80% of those in my circle said that grill does not fit me (my New Year resolution is to change my friends), but I love how goofy I look (includes laughing emoji) and I don’t want my husband’s money to waste. Simi wrote.
“I advise you to comment carefully. Actions have consequences.” Simi added with same laughing emoji.
