Family of missing 35-year-old Rivers man seeks help to find him

Mr Alexander Uwerhiavwe, elder brother of one Solomon Uwerhiavwe, a 35-year-old man who has been missing for two weeks now in Port Harcourt, has appealed to the Rivers State Police command to expedite action on efforts to find his brother.
Speaking on behalf of the family in a voice note send to journalists, Uwerhiavwe explained how his brother who came to Port Harcourt for an exam got missing.
According to him, Solomon had lodged at Voyage hotel, plot 26 Stadium road, Port Harcourt. While at the hotel, he said his brother went out to buy a drink that the hotel does not have and has not returned since them.
He added that every effort by the family to locate him has been so far been unsuccessful. Uwerhiavwe disclosed that the family has reported the matter to Elekahia Police Station and CID
He called on well-meaning Nigerians who have any clue about his brother’s whereabout to report to Elekahia Police Division or the nearest Police Division .
Mr Alexander equally urged the Police to intensify effort in finding his brother.
Reports of missing persons have been on the increase in Port Harcourt in recent times, with many blaming suspected organ harvesters for the surge.
