Nollywood actress Ronke Oshodi Oke has revealed how the late founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), TB Joshua,  healed her daughter of asthma.

BBC’s Africa Eye on Monday released a highly controversial and damning documentary on the late TB Joshua, accusing him of various crimes, including rape against some members.

The three-part lengthy video published on YouTube, titled “Disciples: The Cult of TB Joshua,” showed video testimonies of several witnesses leveling multiple damning allegations against the late prophet.

BBC spoke to former disciples and church workers, who alleged that the prophet allegedly manipulated and physically abused them into staying with him for many years.

Most of them, mostly from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Namibia, stated that they spent between 10 and 14 years in the Synagogue based on that manipulation.

The report also spoke about the September 12, 2014, building collapse at the Synagogue’s guest house, which claimed the lives of at least 116 people, most of whom were foreigners.

In a video shared via her Instagram page, Ronke, who is a member of SCOAN, recalled her encounter with the church’s founder.

The actress said TB Joshua “delivered” her daughter from asthma, which is a respiratory condition that affects the airways in the lungs.

Ronke added that her sister was also miraculously healed from a similar condition.

Ronke said she had a positive personal experience with the late cleric, adding that “he is a nice man of God.”

“I want to tell the world what the late Senior Prophet TB Joshua did for me and my daughter,” the actress said.

“Initially, I don’t believe in prophecy. I am not that kind of person because there are too many scammers out there.

“But when I went to church that fateful day, my daughter has Asthma and to God be the glory, daddy delivered her.

“Something came out of her mouth which I did not believe, and my junior sister as well, something similar happened to her.

“So that was when I started going to TB Joshua’s church. Apart from that, he was a nice man to me and my family.

“I just want people to know that for me, he is a nice man and a man of God.”

TB Joshua died on June 5, 2021 at the age of 57.
