The apex court held that the case of the APC and Omo-Agege lacked merit as they were not able to prove that Oborevwori was not validly elected.
The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege against the victory of the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori at the 2023 governorship election.
