Miss Esheza Eshokhai, the Chief Executive Officer of one of the leading automobile firms in Lagos State, Esheza Autos, has narrated how she was able to navigate through the men-dominated business, Automobile sales.

Eshokhai made this known during a media parley with PM NEWS at the firm’s headquarters in Lekki on Friday.

According to her, in the vast and competitive landscape of automobile sales, navigating obstacles is an inherent part of the journey towards success.

Through perseverance and resilience, Eshokhai said she has learned to overcome challenges and emerge stronger on the other side.

“However, rather than allowing these challenges to deter me, I’ve used them as fuel to propel myself forward, determined to carve out my place in the industry.

“Another obstacle I’ve encountered is staying abreast of the ever-evolving trends and technologies in the automobile industry. With advancements occurring at a rapid pace, keeping up can feel like a daunting task. However, through continuous learning, networking, and collaboration with industry peers, I’ve managed to stay ahead of the curve and position myself as an innovative leader in the field.

“Moreover, the competitive nature of the industry means that rejection and setbacks are inevitable. Whether it’s losing a sale or facing objections from customers, learning to handle rejection with grace and resilience has been crucial to my success. By viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning, I’ve been able to turn setbacks into stepping stones towards greater success,” she said.
