The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Aisha Dahiru, popularly called Binani, against the election of the Adamawa Governor, Ahmadu Fintiri.
A five-member panel led by John Okoro adjourned the matter for judgment on Monday after it had listened to the arguments of the parties in the matter.

The Election Petitions Tribunal and the Court of Appeal had earlier dismissed Binani’s petition challenging the victory of Finitiri.
