Controversial Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has voiced his concerns regarding the substandard quality of condoms available in Nigeria.

Fabiyi attributed the birth of his son, Akorede, to an unintended pregnancy resulting from the inadequacy of locally produced condoms.

He further highlighted the escalating cost of living in the country, linking it to the proliferation of unwanted pregnancies due to the poor quality of contraceptives.

In a video statement, Fabiyi expressed his dismay over the adverse effects of substandard condoms on Nigerian society.

However, his statement sparked mixed reactions among social media users. Porsche T criticized Fabiyi’s stance, questioning his judgment despite his age.
