Afrobeats rising star Adekunle Oluwagbemileke, known as Weiser, credits his passion for music to his love for gospel songs while growing up, particularly by artistes like Tope Alabi and Esther Igbekele.

Their danceable songs ignited his love for music at a young age, shaping his decision to pursue a career in the industry.

In a statement shared with Saturday Beats, Weiser expressed his admiration for secular atistes such as Qdot, Olamide, Seyi Vibez, Zinoleesky, and Young John, revealing the transformation of his musical tastes over time.

The singer-songwriter recently unveiled his latest project, an Extended Play album titled “Logrhythm,” boasting eight captivating tracks.

Reflecting on his journey, Weiser acknowledged the hurdles faced by aspiring musicians, from financial constraints to struggles in securing performance opportunities.

Recounting instances of rejection and setbacks, he recalled the perseverance required to carve a path in the competitive music scene.
