Nigerian culinary expert Hilda Effiong Bassey also known as Hilda Baci has announced the launch of her cooking class aimed at empowering individuals to improve their cooking skills.
The class, hosted by Hilda Baci Academy, is designed to cater to beginners and seasoned cooks, offering a comprehensive learning experience beyond the basics.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn over 160 recipes, five plating techniques, video editing for beginners and professionals, and explore the art of making authentic Nigerian meals, soups, small chops, grills, dishes, cocktails, mocktails, costing, and pricing strategies for a sustainable culinary business.
In her announcement for the class, Hilda Baci encourages prospective participants, she says: “Never stop learning because life is always teaching. If you are not learning, you are not reaching your potential.
“For the first time, one lucky participant l will walk away with a whopping 5 million Naira cash prize, while ten others will be rewarded with one million Naira each. Additional prizes include phones, iPads, a 1000-dollar Amazon gift card, and an exclusive fully funded scholarship to the prestigious Red Dish Culinary Institution.
Upon course completion, participants will receive a certificate, validating their newfound culinary expertise. The Nigerian Guinness World Record Cook-a-thon winner encourages all aspiring chefs and cooking enthusiasts to seize this opportunity to enhance their skills and embark on a fulfilling culinary journey.
Registration for the class is now open from February 2024 until the 20th of March,2024. Interested participants can participate in the class by paying 35,000 Naira at hildaacademy.com.
