Vinicius Junior was the star man as he scored a goal, set up two others and had a hand in the build-up of the other.

Vinicius Junior opened the scoring for Madrid six minutes into the game. He displayed his shooting ability as he slammed the ball goalwards from a distance. His brilliant effort bounced in off the right post, leaving the goalkeeper beaten.

Madrid scored their second goal in the 35th minute of the first half. Vinicius Junior passed to Jude Bellingham, who got one-on-one with the keeper. His dummy grounded the keeper and he had the simple task of lifting the ball over him into the net.
