Actor Charles Inojie announces end of hit TV series 'The Johnsons'

Nollywood actor Charles Inojie has left many fans saddened with the announcement of the end of the popular family television series, The Johnsons.

Taking to his Instagram page recently, he shared an emotional message expressing gratitude to the entire cast and crew for 13 years of incredible moments.

The show has been a staple in African households, capturing hearts as the continent’s most-watched television series and a cherished family favourite.

In his message, Charles thanked the show’s organizers for entrusting him with the role of Lucky Johnson, the patriarch of the Johnson family.

He also extended his appreciation to the devoted fans whose love and support have been instrumental throughout the journey.

“THANK YOU, AFRICA.
After 13 years of absolute magic,
13 years of awesomeness,
13 years of being Africa’s most-watched show on television,
13 years of being every family’s favorite,
THE JOHNSONS is finally taking a bow.
