Darwin Nunez scored a last-gasp on Saturday as Liverpool defeated Nottingham Forest by a lone goal to remain on top of the premier league.

The match was heading for goalless draw when Nunez scored nine minutes into added time to break Forest’s heart.

Alexis Mac Allister swung the ball deep into the box and found Darwin Nunez unmarked, and his close-range header flew past the keeper into the bottom left corner.

Earlier, Caoimhin Kelleher had an amazing save. Anthony Elanga swirled around the defenders and attempted to beat the keeper with a close-range shot towards the bottom right corner, but failed.
