Davido, Tems and Lojay

Three Nigerian singers, Tems, Davido and Lojay, were among the winners at the 2024 NAACP Image Awards, which were held virtually at naacpimageawards.net on Monday, March 11.

Tems won the Outstanding International Song for ‘Me & U.’

Davido and Lojay got on the awardees’ list for being featured on Chris Brown’s ‘Sensational’ which won the Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (contemporary) award.

Meanwhile, Chris Brown and Victoria Monét were the biggest winners at the 55th Image Awards with two awards each.

Brown won outstanding duo, group or collaboration (contemporary) for his hit ‘Sensational’ (featuring Davido & Lojay, and outstanding duo, group or collaboration (traditional) for his featured role on Ciara’s ‘How We Roll.’

Outstanding male artist goes to “Good Good” – Usher featuring 21 Savage and Summer Walker.

While “The Journey” by H.E.R won her Outstanding female artist.

Monét won outstanding album and outstanding new artist, both for ‘Jaguar II’.
