One of the aspirants in the 2024 governorship election in Ondo State under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Paul Akintelure, is dead.
Akintelure who was a Lagos-based private medical doctor, reputedly passed on in the early hours of Tuesday, during a brief illness in Lagos.
His death has been confirmed by the Ondo State APC Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr Alex Kalejaiye.
