The leaders of G7 nations have vowed to take necessary measures should Iran not continue in its hostilities towards Israel.

The G7 nations which include the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Britain, Italy and Canada, were reacting to the Saturday night drone missile attacks on Israel.

The leaders had a video meeting and they issued a statement affirming their condemnation “in the strongest terms Iran’s direct and unprecedented attack against Israel.

They said: “We express our full solidarity and support to Israel and its people and reaffirm our commitment towards its security,” they said, in the statement published by the Italian G7 presidency.
