Popular radio host Do2dtun has stirred controversy by preventing a DJ from playing the music of his former brother-in-law, D’banj at a party organised to celebrate his birthday.
In a video circulating online, Do2dtun can be seen dancing passionately with a group of people until a D’banj song begins to play, prompting him to approach the DJ booth in frustration.
Upon reaching the DJ, Do2dtun made it clear that no music by D’banj was to be played at his birthday celebration.
This incident comes in the wake of Do2dtun’s 40th birthday, during which he reflected on the challenges he has faced, with D’banj, the senior brother of his ex-wife being part of those allegedly responsible for those difficult times.
He has previously mentioned being frustrated by D’banj in his custody battle for his children with his ex-wife.
Do2dtun’s custody battle has been ongoing, with him often attributing his struggles to his former in-laws, particularly D’banj.
The incident sparked reactions online, with various opinions surfacing in the comments section.
