A Kano State High Court on Monday ordered the Commissioner of Police to immediately evict the deposed Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero from the Nassarawa Palace and take over the premises.

With this, the coast is now clear for Khalifa Muhammad Sanusi 11 to fully hold grip on Kano traditional stool.

The court also stopped the deposed Emirs Nasiru Ado Bayero (Bichi), Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar II (Karaye), Kabiru Muhammad Inuwa (Rano) and Aliyu Ibrahim Gaya (Gaya) to stop parading themselves as Emirs.
