Actress Stephanie Coker opens up about PCOS struggles, failed IVF

Television personality and actress Stephanie Coker Aderinokun has opened up about her challenging journey with PCOS and unsuccessful attempts at IVF, leading to the loss of her baby.

In a conversation with Chude Jideonwo, she disclosed contemplating suicide after a costly and emotionally draining second round of IVF, which took her to Los Angeles.

Struggling with the physical toll of PCOS, she shared harrowing experiences of excessive bleeding, fainting spells, and even resorting to sleeping outdoors due to intense internal heat.

Compounding her hardships, her husband faced public scrutiny and lost an election the same year.

Coker emphasized that due to the severity of her PCOS, IVF was her only viable option, despite the immense emotional and financial toll it took on her.
