Former Big Brother Naija housemate Ifu Ennada has shared a personal experience where she felt a demon almost attacked her after she posted a video of herself dancing and praising God.

According to Ifu, the demon claimed she shouldn’t publicly praise God because she had previously shared ungodly posts. However, the demon was destroyed. Ifu’s main message is for those who have recently turned to Christ and face criticism for the contrast between their past and present lives.

She urges them to ignore the negativity and focus on Jesus Christ, sharing her own experiences of being judged and misunderstood.

She recounted, “Yesterday, a demon tried to attack me because I posted a video of me dancing and praising God. It failed before it even started. The demon claimed I shouldn’t praise God publicly due to my past posts, but it was destroyed because Jesus Christ is Lord.

If you’ve recently turned to Christ, people might try to shame you because of the contrast between your new and old life. Ignore them and focus on Jesus Christ. People have said all sorts about me, even suggesting I turned to Christ to find a husband. Preach to them if you can, bind and cast out the spirits if you’re led to, but never feel bad or insecure about your new life in Christ.

Some have become so accustomed to sin that evil seems normal, but Jesus Christ is still King. True purpose, satisfaction, and fulfilment are only found in Him. If anyone tries to shame you for your faith, let it remind you that you’re on the right track, and God will reward you.

On social media, people boldly display all kinds of behavior and receive praise. Don’t be afraid to publicly flaunt your love for God because of some demon-possessed trolls. Represent Jesus Christ proudly and let the devil be frustrated. As for me, I’ll continue to dance, praise, and share posts about Jesus. Somebody praise Master Jesus!”
