According to Obi, “My thoughts and prayers are first and foremost with the founder of the Church, Revered Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the entire church membership, and the community affected by this tragic incident.”

Obi urged the authorities to investigate the cause of the fire immediately and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

“As a nation, we must come together to support those affected and rebuild what has been lost.

“We must all stand united in the face of adversity and work towards a safer and more compassionate society for all knowing that God is always with us even in our storms,” Obi said.
