Media personality, Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, popularly known as Do2dtun has issued a warning to Nigerian artistes ahead of their colleague, Davido, and his fiancée, Chioma’s wedding.

It was recently reported that Davido and his partner are set to hold their traditional wedding in Lagos on June 25, 2024.

Davido also confirmed the news of his upcoming wedding and preparations are underway.

The 30 BG boss on Sunday posted a series of pre-wedding photos with his fiancee rocking different outfits, he captioned it with the hashtag of their wedding, “#CHIVIDO2024“.

Ahead of the wedding which is in less than 24 hours, Do2dtun has issued a warning to artistes to avoid releasing any song till the end of the week.

He stated that people would be unavailable to stream it as everyone’s attention would be on Davido and Chioma’s wedding.

On his Instagram page, he wrote, “No release your song today, Monday till the end of the week, you know why?

“People will be UNAVAILABLE to stream it”.

In a recent interview, the singer opened up about his relationship with Chioma, revealing that he had known her before his rise to fame and fortune.

Reflecting on this, Davido expressed gratitude for meeting her during that period, emphasizing that it would have been challenging for him to enter relationships now as he would feel every woman wants him for his money or status.

Davido revealed the significance of authenticity in his circle, noting that success for him lies not just in personal achievements but in the continued presence of those who stood by him during his humble beginnings.

The couple, who lost their son Ifeanyi in a tragic accident in 2022, welcomed their twins in the United States in October, 2023.
