Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed that he was invited to his colleague Davido’s wedding.
Portable stated that he would have been one of the groomsmen if rapper Zlatan Ibile hadn’t damaged his relationship with Davido.
During an Instagram live session with fans, Portable said, “I was invited to Davido’s wedding. If Zlatan Ibile hadn’t ruined my friendship with Davido, I’d have been among the groomsmen.”
Davido and Chioma’s wedding drew notable dignitaries such as Governors Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Alex Otti (Abia), Godwin Obaseki (Edo), former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and the Ooni of Ife, HRH Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. Celebrities in attendance included Zlatan Ibile, Ini Edo, Paul Okoye, Patoranking, Cubana Chief Priest, B-Red, and many others.
The fallout between Davido and Portable occurred after Portable accused Davido of giving him “bad advice” during a recent dinner in the United States.
This led to Davido unfollowing Portable on Instagram. Portable later claimed that Davido abandoned him after using him to gain attention.
