A former presidential spokesman, Reno Omokri has attacked Peter Obi again, saying he focused on building breweries instead of schools and hospitals in his eight years as Anambra governor.

Obi, a former presidential candidate on Arise TV had bemoaned the state of the nation’s health sector, saying that most homes now resort to prayers when they are sick.

Reacting to this, Omokri, in a tweet on X on Friday said under Obi as two-term governor, doctors went on strike for 13 months because he refused to pay them or build new hospitals.

He it would have made sense if Obi did what he was now criticising Tinubu for.

“But under you as a two-term Governor of Anambra, doctors went on strike for 13 months because you refused to pay them or build new hospitals. It would make sense if you did what you are now criticising Tinubu for.

“But both you and your dishonest Arise TV know that you did not build schools or hospitals. Your focus was building breweries for Anambra youths to drink and get drunk, then forget your massive failure as a Governor!,” Omokri stated.
