Nigerian entrepreneur Olakunle Churchill has expressed strong opposition to the notion that blood defines family ties.
In an Instagram post, Churchill argued that one of the most common falsehoods is the idea that blood alone makes someone family.
According to Churchill, while blood may establish a biological connection, true familial bonds are forged through loyalty, love, and trust.
He stressed that genuine family relationships are built on these qualities, which create enduring and unbreakable bonds.
“One of the biggest lies ever told is BLOOD makes you FAMILY.
Nope! Blood makes you related.
Loyalty! Love!! Trust!!. Is what makes you FAMILY”.
