Oluwaseyi Adeyeye wins NEH Tech Founder of the Year for driving systemic business innovation

At this year’s National Entrepreneurship Honors (NEH), Oluwaseyi Adeyeye was awarded Founder of the Year in the Tech Sector, a recognition of his visionary contributions to systems thinking and sustainable enterprise design within Nigeria’s innovation economy.

Presented annually by NEH, the award celebrates founders who demonstrate not just innovation, but the capacity to design ventures that are scalable, sustainable, and strategically sound. Recipients are selected through a rigorous, multi-stage process led by leaders in technology, investment, and enterprise development.

The award was officially conferred by Dr. Chuka Ezeani, Director General of the National Entrepreneurship Research Institute, before a distinguished audience of ecosystem stakeholders, ranging from investors and policymakers to digital economy champions and cross-sector accelerators.

Dr. Ezeani emphasized that his work “goes beyond startup achievement; it builds enduring systems that position technology as a lever for institutional and industry-wide advancement.”

“He is not just building tools, he’s building capacity,” Dr. Ezeani added. “He equips founders and executives with frameworks that enable growth, not just expansion, growth with strategy, purpose, and systems intelligence.”

Across multiple sectors, finance, retail, and business consulting; his performance models, diagnostic tools, and operational playbooks have helped small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) weather volatility and optimize internal systems. His tools are designed for real-world decision-making, where clarity, process alignment, and people-centered execution determine long-term viability.

Widely respected for his strategic depth and clarity of implementation, Adeyeye’s influence extends far beyond his own ventures. He is a mentor to emerging founders, a frequent speaker at enterprise leadership summits, and a systems coach for organizations seeking to institutionalize resilience and long-term vision.

Colleagues and collaborators at the ceremony praised his disciplined approach, quiet leadership, and unrelenting focus on outcomes.

In a business climate that often prizes speed over structure, his recognition affirms a different, crucial message: that building with intention and foresight is not only possible but essential.

By earning this year’s Tech Sector Founder of the Year, he joins an elite circle of entrepreneurs shaping Africa’s business future not just with products, but with paradigms. His journey is a case study in scaling with clarity, designing with discipline, and leading with systems that endure.
