Nigerian rapper and media personality N6 has criticized Sophia Momodu, the first babymama of singer Davido, following the leak of her chat with Davido’s father.

During her custody battle with Davido, Sophia released a WhatsApp conversation where she responded to Davido’s father’s request for her daughter Imade to spend Christmas 2023 with his family.

She declined, citing prior plans for her daughter and requested at least two months’ notice in the future, along with Davido fulfilling his responsibilities.

Davido’s father replied, understanding the short notice and emphasized the importance of joint custody for Imade’s well-being.

N6 condemned Sophia for demanding two months’ notice for future Christmas gatherings.

He also highlighted the contradiction in her paying N25 million annually for a luxury apartment while needing a Range Rover from Davido due to not having a car.

Sophia had claimed the Range Rover was in poor condition, necessitating a rented jeep to take Imade to school. N6 suggested she could instead move to a N10 million apartment and buy a N15 million car.

In another tweet, he commended Davido’s father for his maturity, describing his message as loving, heartwarming, and empathetic, and stated that Sophia’s response was unwarranted.

“You are telling your daughter’s 67-year-old grandfather to be giving you 2 months’ notice before you can allow her attend his Yearly Christmas party. Omo.

“Uncle Deji is a gentleman to his last bone marrow. His message was so loving, heartwarming and empathetic; it did not deserve her reply at all.

“You pay N25million a year for your luxury apartment but need a Range Rover from your baby;s daddy because you don’t have a car. The Range was always so bad, so you had to rent a jeep for a month to take your child to school. Why not move to a N10m a year crib and buy a N15m car?”.
