Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has advised Nigerians obsessed with their failures to stop doing so as there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Dikeh, in an Instagram post on Friday, said people should quit overthinking on daily basis as that would not help them.
She urged them to stop doubting themselves and seeing the greatness in everyone else but them.
Dikeh counselled that they are capable and deserving of so much more, urging them to start showing up differently for themselves.
She charged such people to believe in themselves, saying God would never hand them something they could not handle.
She wrote: “To the individual who is reading this, please quit overthinking everything, every day and night. Stop obsessing over your failures.
“Stop doubting yourself and seeing the greatness in everyone else but you. You are capable and deserving of so much more.
“Start showing up differently for yourself. Believe in yourself. God won’t ever hand you something you can’t handle. You are a star in this world. May God bless whoever sees this.”
