There was chaos in the densely populated Mararaba junction, in Karu Local Government Area, Nasarawa State on Thursday as angry protesters and hoodlums blocked the road and burned tyres.

Protesters and hoodlums, who hindered motorists from accessing the road, were seen holding placards and leaves.

Fully fully armed officers and men of the Nigeria Police were seen trying to curtail them as residents flee in different directions.
