Senior Advocate of Nigeria and human rights lawyer,Femi Falana, has asked other state governors and federal officials to emulate Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State.
Falana said Fubara waas the only Governor in 36 states of the Federation who boldly came out to address #EndBadGovernanceProtest participants.
Femi Falana who spoke on Channels where he lashed at the both the federal and state governments for neglecting to engage the protesters.
The human rights lawyer dismissed the claim by government officials who said that they did not know the organisers of the protests and so could not engage them.
He said it amounted to playing double standards by same governments who earlier claimed that security agencies had intelligence reports and details of the organisers even before the protest took off.
He blamed the governors for grandstanding and refusing to come down from their high horse and address the demands of the people.
