While it’s not unhealthy competition, it should be noted that most Nigerian artistes have become the totem poles of the Afrobeats, which many artistes in the international scene hold on to. When it comes to showing the world the cultural aesthetics of African society, the music sector plays a major part. Some of the international acts have their roots in Africa, and they always love to collaborate with talented ones at home to showcase their culture. Johnny Crown Omolade, was born on January 21, 1997, in Brooklyn, New York, and hailed in Lagos. For his primary education, he attended Christland School in Ikeja. He went on to attend Beach Channel High School, and Far Rockaway High School for his Secondary education. In 2020, Johnny graduated from the New York University with a Bachelors in Media, Culture, and Communication.
