‘I’m slightly anemic’ – Cardi B denies bleaching her skin

American hip-hop star, Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar popularly known as Cardi B has denied bleaching her skin.

There have been speculations that the hip-hop star was bleaching her skin.

Alluding to the rumours, an X user with the handle @blairnmz wrote, “Has Cardi been bleaching her skin?” while reposting a recent photo of the rapper.

Reacting, Cardi B slammed those suggesting that she’s bleaching.

She explained that she can’t bleach while pregnant, stressing that the pregnancy was responsible for her skin growing pale.

She wrote: “Bleaching while pregnant? Why must y’all be so dumb? Actually no! I’m pregnant I’m slightly anemic, this baby suckin’ all the energy off my body to the point I’m pale, eyes sunken, veins green ASF, can’t tan under the sun cause I get hot super fast and dizzy. Please stop thinking with your a**hole.”

Cardi B recently confirmed that she is expecting her third child, a day after she filed for a divorce from her husband of six years, Offset, 32.

She also confirmed her embattled husband, Migos rapper, Offset, is the father of the third child.

A representative of Cardi B confirmed that the Grammy-winning rapper is seeking primary custody of their children, son Wave Set, 2, and daughter Kulture Kiari, 6, in the divorce filing, according to American outlet, People.

Cardi B and Offset secretly married in 2017 and have since welcomed two children together.

Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset in September 2020 but the two got back together in October.

In June 2023, Cardi B publicly blasted Offset after he claimed she cheated on him.

Offset also accused Cardi B of infidelity in the past.
